Online Schema Group Therapy - The Critic modes

A 4 week schema small-group therapy program conducted over Zoom, focussing on The Critic. Suitable for those currently in individual therapy (talk to your therapist to see if this would be a suitable group for you).
The group will aim to increase your understanding of your Critic, the origins of that mode and provide you will tools to address, reduce and even banish your critic mode. You will only be asked to share what you feel comfortable with sharing and clear confidentiality groups norms that will be discussed in the first session.
Wednesday group 8am-10am (AEST)

Thursday group 5-7pm (AEST)
July 2,9,16,23
Participants must be available for all 4 sessions
Maximum 5 people per group

Cost: $100 covers all 4 group sessions and materials provided.
Requirements: You will need to download Zoom prior to the group meeting (It's a free app) and have a space that is private and safe for you to 'attend' the group from.
Cancellation Policy: Following an offer of a place in the group from Lucy, payment of registration confirms your place. If you need to cancel your registration with more than 72 hour notice of the first group meeting you will be entitled to a refund minus $15 administration fee. If you cancel after that time you will be entitled to a refund minus a late cancellation fee of $50.
